Catch your wave - How to find the purpose of your life?

You're lucky; you caught the wave in time, have good karma, and are charismatic, pretty, sexy, and energetic. If I had what you have, I'd do many things.

People like to justify their inaction and devalue the success of others.

Everyone sees the end result, but no one sees the intermediate steps. And the hardest things happen during this period: you doubt your own abilities; you have no one to talk to because you're surrounded by people who think differently; you don't know where to go; you have no money.

Strength comes from childhood

I only became interested in psychology and coaching once I learned how much our childhood influences the rest of our life. But what we have learned in childhood predetermines our actions later.

Let's take a simple example. There is a little girl who has a lot of toys. And then, suddenly, her granny decides to give her toy to a neighbouring girl from a low-income family.

She doesn't discuss it with the child but takes her doll and gives it to this girl. But, of course, she has several more dolls, so what's the big deal?

Why is dialogue so important?

I often think about what is behind a person's desire to impose their point of view. Is this an attempt to amuse their ego? The urge to assert themselves and pat themselves on the back, "how good am I"?

⠀Usually, low self-esteem and intolerance of other people's opinions are generally behind this.

⠀Can we talk about accepting and respecting the interlocutor's opinion in this case? Nope. A person who agrees with the diversity of the world and the people in it will never shove their valuable "how it should be, or I know better" into you.

The Law of Awareness - Unmasking THE CODEPENDENCY!

Helena looked silently after Andrew. It seemed to her that her world had collapsed. She had no idea how she would live or what she would do; she just wanted to lie down and die.

⠀"So what if he went away every Friday for a weekend vacation with his friends? So what if he didn't help out around the house, and he couldn't because he was tired at work? I'm not as tired at work as a woman; women don't get tired; they can't. How will I be without him now? How?"

⠀Well, hello, Mrs Codependency. One person did the wrong thing, and the other person's day isn't going well.

Five tips to Avoid Goal Fatigue - Law of Reflection

Every now and again, you may bump into a situation where suddenly, and seemingly out of nowhere; you stop hitting your goals; you seem to be a little distracted.

You may feel burned out and overwhelmed.

Part of that comes from the intensity to follow through on a goal. That can take up much energy, you know, that mental focus of being able to stick with it.

You may find that you are entirely unfocused. You may say to yourself things like; I don't know, I'm just feeling burnt out, I don't see through, what's the next step, and so on.

VALUES An Incredibly Easy Method That Works For All

Peace of mind comes when your life is in harmony with true principles and values and in no other way. Stephen R. Covey.

Preface

It was vile ago; I was offered a lucrative contract job in Majorca. They were ready to pay me much more than the market rate, as well as cover my accommodation and pay for home travel twice a month; that's flights back home fortnightly. Tempting, Isn't it?.

I was imagining looking outside the window of my sea-view apartment, my wife and my family and being there too.

Three personal development laws that will help you to cope with depression.

I will share three personal growth and development laws that can help you to tackle moments of deepest lows; depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

It may come as a surprise for you: I am suffering from depression. Occasionally the panic and anxiety attacks can be so severe that I have considered committing suicide.
And, yet through years of suffering, I have learned to cope with such situations.

Your Key To Success: PERSISTENCE

"Persistence is to the character of man as carbon is to steel." Napoleon Hill

Preface.

Well, you may not feel comfortable about the source where this story is taken; trust me - it's the best and hits the nail on the head.

In the Bible, there was a story about a woman pleading with a corrupt and evil judge (Luke 18:1-8). Though he is corrupt, and likely judges, fairly only in case of a lucrative bribe. But, as we read, he says he doesn't; he does not fear, neither god nor human.
