- Do you get upset, get angry, or throw a tantrum?

You've probably noticed the gradation of emotions I've described, and there's a reason for that. Often people don't start thinking about looking for help until the last stage. Sadness is a normal emotion expected after failures, grief or difficult times, but depression is dangerous.
Psychology calls this "self-disappointment" or "self-disgust." It is a common emotion that individuals experience when they feel that they have not lived up to their expectations or goals.
Don't you agree that this sounds scarier than it looks? But, in this case, all we see is a sad person.
But did you know that such a condition can overtake anyone and that no one is immune: whether you are CEO, an entrepreneur or a businessman, a married couple, parents, or teenagers themselves? Or you're a mentor, like me, which means you're a person who can have emotional burnout.
Emotional coaching works not only with your subconscious mind but also with your emotions, which affect deep attitudes in the subconscious.
