Who am I, and Why?

Enterprise architect, CTO, and startUp consultant with over 15 years of industry experience.

Along with the best development teams across the world, I have been privileged to lead the technical design and implementation for one of the best financial technology start-ups in the UK - Crowdstacker, eventually, through the technology stack assisting them in raising £63.2m in peer to peer investments.

Serving on the technology leadership roles, I have been tasked to help to build technology teams for greenfield start-up projects and companies, out of which the most significant team size has numbered fifty-five.

Through the application of the worlds best leadership methods and mutual respect, I have been honoured to mentor and help to grow forty-two technology developers and about twelve business owners. Overall that has generated the technical review of more than three million lines of software code.

Applying the consistent everyday learning process of new leadership skills, my career path has led me to implement and integrate highly sophisticated technology solutions for projects with a size of over 2 million euros.

According to my DISC personality profile, I am a great motivator and communicator that emphasises the interconnection in between team players and pays attention to the level of detail in everyday communication and a mutual comprehension of tasks.

My greatest technical talents are; very strong debugging, automated and manual testing, and problem-solving skills. I have developed and do hold a large number of debugging and testing libraries, that are highly customizable for any project needs.
